Dahlhaus Design is currently offering home staging consultations for occupied homes in the Pittsburgh area. We love finding creative ways to highlight the different features of a home... whether it’s a room with a view, a spacious living room, or a multi-use space. Our home staging consultations focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere that highlights the home's best features. We offer simple yet impactful styling suggestions that add charm and character, helping potential buyers imagine themselves living comfortably, and stylishly, within the space.
While touring the property, we’ll put together a room-by-room project list that the homeowners can tackle on their own. We’ll review these projects with the client or realtor during the home consultation, and also provide them with a written checklist afterwards.
This service is available for a flat fee of $250 for a 60 minute visit. Additional travel fees will apply for locations outside a 30-mile radius of Franklin Park.
