This includes a 90 minute virtual consultation (in-person consultations are available to clients in the Pittsburgh area) where we can review your space and brainstorm ideas.

For example, we can look at samples/swatches you may have collected, art you have no idea where to hang, paint colors that you have been mulling over, window treatment options, and furniture layout. Or perhaps you have a blank slate and have no idea where to start… that’s okay! By the end of the consultation, you’ll have a much clearer path to achieving the design you want for your space. Afterwards we’ll send you a meeting recap, including any recommendations we made for your project.

This package is available for a $250 flat fee for a 90 minute virtual consultation. Additional travel fees may apply for in-person consultations outside a 15-mile radius of Franklin Park.

Not all rooms require a full renovation. Sometimes you just need help re-decorating a room... this could include paint color selection, new light fixtures, window treatments, and selection of furniture & décor. We’ll help you pull together the new look for your space, by providing a concept board, floor plan drawing, and a product shopping list.

This service can also be available in virtual format, to clients outside the Pittsburgh area.

This package includes:

• 1hr Virtual or In-Person Consultation to review your project

• Mood Board with design ideas and product selections (with up to 2 revisions)

• Floor Plan drawing to show furniture arrangement (with up to 2 revisions)

• Product List with retail shopping links so Client can order everything they need

Please Note: All products, including new & vintage, will be selected from online retailers. This will primarily include in-stock product but can include made-to-order furniture if available online.

Procurement and installation, as well as bespoke services such as custom built-ins, are not included with this package, but are available as an add-on service.

This package is priced at $2100-3600 per room and will be quoted after we meet to discuss your project. This fee is for labor only and does not include the cost of products and materials. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside a 30-mile radius of Franklin Park.

We love being part of all the details that contribute to the finished project, and working with our clients every step of the way. For a renovation/remodeling project, we’ll provide conceptual design, space planning, room renderings, schematic drawings, coordination with contractors, and sourcing & procurement of materials and furnishings.

For bespoke decorating projects, we'll assist you with the selection of paint colors, custom cabinetry & millwork, lighting, window treatments, artwork, and furnishings.


This package includes: 

• Introductory Phone Call to discuss your project

• Virtual or In-Person Consultations and Design Meetings

• Concept Boards with up to 2 revisions  

• 3D renderings including 1 revision  

• Floor Plan drawings for furniture placement, with up to 2 revisions

• Product and materials will be sourced from wholesale and retail vendors, including new & vintage/antique product, and can include both in-stock and custom furniture & window treatments 

• Procurement of product and finish materials, including purchasing, order management, delivery coordination, and inspection of goods 

• Construction drawings including floor & ceiling plan drawings, elevation drawings, and schematic diagrams, to be provided to your contractor/installers

• Communication with contractors/sub-contractors during the construction phase

This package starts at $4200 and will be quoted after we meet to discuss the scope of work for your project. This fee is for labor only and does not include the cost of products and materials.
